Acceptable Use Policy

Itulinks is for artists sharing their music and their world. To keep it safe for fans and fair for artists, you must not use it to:

Pretend to be someone else

Create a page or link for an artist, label or brand you don't represent.
Use a name, photo or artwork in a way that makes fans think you're someone you're not.

Share content you don't have rights to

Link to leaked, pirated or unreleased music you don't own or control.
Upload photos or artwork without permission from the person who owns them.

Harm or mislead people

Link to malware, phishing pages, scams, fake giveaways or fake "stream to win" schemes.
Post hate speech, threats, harassment, or content that promotes violence.
Share sexual content involving anyone under 18, or any non-consensual intimate content. We report this to the authorities.
Promote illegal goods, gambling or services where they're not allowed.

Game the system

Send fake, automated or paid bot traffic to your pages to inflate views or clicks.
Claim lots of names or links you don't plan to use, or try to sell them.
Scrape the Service, overload it, probe it for weaknesses, or get around its limits.

What happens if you break these rules

Depending on how serious it is, we may remove the content, reset a name or link, suspend the account or close it. We may also report illegal activity to the relevant authorities.
