Itulinks Cookie Policy
Last updated: 3 November 2026
Cookies and similar storage are small files that a website saves in your browser.
Today, we use only cookies that are essential or that remember a choice you made. Fans visiting artist pages and release links on itul.ink get no cookies from us.
1. What we use now
| Name | Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
sb-<project>-auth-token | Essential | Keeps you logged in to the dashboard | Session, renewed while in use |
claim_handle | Essential | Remembers the artist name you picked while you sign up | 24 hours or until sign-up ends |
tz | Functional | Your time zone, read from your device when you open the dashboard, so stats match your days | 1 year |
dash_view | Preference | Simple or extensive analytics view | 1 year |
itu-theme (local storage) | Preference | Light, dark or system theme | Until you clear it |
Essential and functional cookies don't need consent; they only work inside the dashboard and are never used for tracking or advertising. Preference cookies are set only after you make the choice they remember.
Our error reporting (Sentry) and uptime monitoring set no cookies.
2. Third parties that load content
- Google Fonts supplies our fonts.
- Unsplash supplies photos on marketing pages.
- Music platforms supply cover art on release pages.
When your browser fetches these files, those companies can see your IP address. They don't set cookies through our pages.
3. Coming soon: analytics and pixels
Before we add Google Analytics to itulinks.com, or let artists add Meta, TikTok, Google or Snapchat pixels to their pages:
- a consent banner will ask you first, and nothing will load until you choose "Accept";
- "Reject" will be as easy as "Accept";
- you can change your choice at any time from the "Cookie settings" link in the footer;
- this policy will list each cookie, who sets it, why, and for how long.
For artist pixels, the artist and Itulinks are joint controllers for collecting the data, and the pixel provider's own policy applies to how it uses that data.
4. Your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block essential cookies you won't be able to log in, but artist pages and release links will still work.
